In fy 2019, the school of american ballet passed knowledge of the balanchine ballet tradition from 22 gifted faculty members to some 1,002 students in its programs. those faculty members were augmented by 4 selected new york city ballet company members who participated in a teacher training program at sab. they were also joined by a number of notable guest faculty. in seeking very talented students, the school continued its local, national and international outreach and recruitment efforts.
